KRM Records Text Messaging Terms
Program: the KRM Records team, artist, and KRM Studios client text line, (719) 800-4510. It is used for work messages between KRM staff and KRM’s assistant, Jax; for project help for artists signed to KRM Records: release schedules, session scheduling, file requests, and account questions; and for messages with KRM Studios clients about their sessions and projects: session scheduling and reminders, file delivery, project updates, and account questions. No marketing.
Opting in: team members give KRM their mobile number for work texting. Artists text the number (for example START or HELLO) or give written consent in their artist agreement or by email. KRM Studios clients give their mobile number and agree to receive texts on the krmstudios.com contact or booking form, text the number, or give written consent in a booking agreement or by email. Every new opt-in receives a confirmation text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The consent wording used in KRM artist agreements and consent emails is: “I agree to receive text messages from KRM Records at the mobile number I provide about my projects, such as release schedules, sessions, file requests and account questions. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” The consent wording used for KRM Studios clients is: “I agree to receive text messages from KRM Studios at the mobile number I provide about my sessions and projects, such as session scheduling and reminders, file delivery, project updates and account questions. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
